Wrench Designs of Miami, Florida has finalized an agreement with a medical services company, with eight sub companies, to complete the design and site structure for their online presence and interface. The company, just a couple years old, has no current web presence and very little put together for brand identity. The Miami web designer, Wrench Designs, is helping to create a full print and web identity package to help the company grow into a field were brand recognition can make or break future of expansions and contracts. The site is being assembled to handle a few, broad, aspects of the companies many workings and internal interaction.

The first section to be completed was the “flight crew†secure log in site for their air ambulance division. This is a clean designed interface based on standard XHTML with flash text and navigation. The slick web interface was well received, as well as the 9 sub levels of interaction for these employees. These sub levels include internal and external contacts, employee schedules, personal photo albums, and more. Each employee was assigned a user name and password, and the access management software allows for the setting of multi levels of access. In current construction is the air ambulance public web design interface. This is a full flash “Web 2.0†inspired design, with fully integrated SEO solution. The frame work of the site is set for unlimited expansion. There is a photo tour of the jet, full FAQ center with scrolling navigation, interactive flash contact area, and so much more. The content is currently being assembled by the staff and then the Miami web design firm will be optimizing the content to reach high search rankings for their desired target terms. A PHP file and HTACCESS file have been configured to fully read the flash site and create search engine friendly copies of the content into an alternate file that the spiders will be directed to. It is this file that all incoming links will be pointed to as well. The files are set up to automatically add and edit text as it is input or edited in the flash site. Upon completion of that site, Wrench Designs will be taking on the main company corporate site, which will showcase and describe all eight sub companies. Each of these descriptions will branch out into full sites for each. Along with that base site an employee area is going to be added for internal navigation to things like schedules, trainings, interactive boards, conference areas, payroll and benefit area, and much more. The site will also expand into an investors and future partner’s area. But the big element is a fully searchable medical library, which will be divided by category, alphabet, and search box. Upon completion of all of these sites we are only partially done. Future expansions include mirror sites configured for mobile devises and rewritten in 4 different languages.
